Civil Construction Engineer

Wallberg, one of the leading real estate developers in western Romania, with over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial projects, is expanding its team!

We are looking for an organized, rigorous, and quality-oriented Civil Engineer to contribute to the smooth running of our national projects.

Among our benchmark projects is XCity Towers, Timișoara's new architectural landmark – a modern complex, built to Western standards, designed to redefine urban comfort.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of higher technical studies – Civil Construction specialization;
• Knowledge of construction execution technologies and processes;
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and units of measurement;
• Good organizational and planning skills, and attention to detail;
• Team spirit, seriousness, and desire for professional development;
• Availability to travel to company construction sites;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project constitutes an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting the coordination team in monitoring site works;
• Participating in quality checks and execution stages;
• Preparing technical documentation and site diaries;
• Involvement in managing materials and resources allocated to projects;
• Active collaboration with the design team, site supervisors, and company management;
• Preparing minutes of qualitative acceptance of works that become hidden, work situation reports, and the Technical Book of the Construction.
