We have been active in the field of real estate development for 15 years, and in the last 11 years we have specialized exclusively in building residential blocks D+P+10.We build on our own property, at high standards of quality and professionalism. Currently, we are working on the Transparent Residence 3 complex, located in Chiajna, Ilfov.Our current site manager has retired, and we are looking for a dedicated civil engineer with solid experience to take over the coordination of the site in the next few years.ValuesOur ideal candidate must share the fundamental values of the company:moral integrity, conscience, honor, discipline, truth, justice, professionalism, lucidity, balance, dynamism, order, firmness, respect, tolerance, forgiveness, and the ability to be in a permanent state of vigilance.RequirementsMinimum 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering.Diploma in civil engineering (not sub-engineer).Knowledge of English language – medium level.Driver's license category B (minimum 1 year experience).Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.Capacity to perform purchases and manage resources from the site.Behavior non-conflictual, oriented towards solutions and collaboration.Digital competences: fluent use of standard office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PDF viewers and CAD (Autodesk Viewer / DWG TrueView), online management tools (if necessary).Ability to present projects and products.Dispensability for occasional travel to the notary to sign various documents.Main responsibilitiesOrganizing, coordinating, and supervising all activities on site.Monitoring the execution of works according to projects and current regulations.Collaboration directly with designers, verifiers, suppliers, and execution teams.Preparing and tracking technical documentation specific.Management of material purchases and relationships with suppliers.Ensuring an optimal workflow and discipline among the teams on site.What we offerNet salary: 10,000 lei, which includes:✔ 8 hours/day employment contract✔ 1 extra hour paid✔ meal vouchers.
