Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and organize activities at the construction site of subcontractors, workers, material suppliers, and service providers, on chapters or execution phases assigned to you in the project;
• Regularly monitor the progress of construction activities at the site, organize periodic meetings with all involved parties, and resolve any issues that may arise during execution;
• Ensure compliance with execution technologies, according to current regulations, beneficiary requirements, and internal imposed requirements for the respective work;
• Suggest strategies for optimizing activities, propose new solutions;
• Prioritize daily work reports and report the real situation and correct information from the site, as requested, providing relevant explanations and activity plans;
• Develop action plans for continuous improvement of actual results and for achieving new targets;
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by establishing and applying standards and procedures, respecting regulations and legal codes;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil construction
• Prior experience in supervising construction projects
• Solid knowledge of legislation and standards in the field
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to efficiently resolve problems;
