Your Role: Site Engineer/ CFDP Engineer

You will have an essential role on the construction site, contributing directly to transforming projects from plans into reality. Your involvement in coordinating teams and making daily decisions will concretely influence the pace, quality, and success of work execution.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate construction works on site, ensuring alignment with the technical project and internal standards
• Organize teams and activities for efficient execution
• Monitor deadlines and identify solutions when challenges arise
• Close collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team
• Ensure execution quality and compliance with safety regulations
• Track project progress and actively contribute to the decision-making process

Requirements:
• Higher education in Civil Engineering or CFDP – Roads, Bridges, and Infrastructure
• Practical site experience (1–3 years)
• Ability to coordinate teams, resources, and activities in a dynamic environment
• Solid understanding of technical drawings and execution details
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and other relevant tools
• Sense of responsibility and results orientation
