We are looking for a talented and passionate Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dudestii-Noi, Timis county. If you are a person oriented towards details, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, then this role is suitable for you.

As Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and continuous improvement of our processes. You will closely collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality problems, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing quality control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards;
• Conducting inspections and tests to identify any defects;
• Analyzing data and generating quality reports;
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements;
• Maintaining and updating PFMEA documentation and Process Control;
• Calibrating testing instruments;
• Monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you must have solid knowledge of the quality field and be familiar with relevant standards and regulations, as well as production domain. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a team environment.
