About the Company

ACI-AG Construct is a Romanian company for civil and industrial construction, active since 1996. We are executing the reinforced and post-tensioned concrete structure of a large-scale commercial project in Cluj-Napoca (basements and above-ground levels, over 25,000 m³ of concrete), from November 2026 to September 2027.

Job Description

The general contractor we are working with requires reporting in Revit, MS Project, and Fieldwire. We are looking for an engineer to lead the construction site's quality system and keep our team connected to these tools.

Responsibilities

• Work on the structure's Revit model: extract quantities, check drawings, and report conflicts.

• Prepare the quality plan and inspection and testing plans (ITP) for the phases in the control program.

• Administer the project in Fieldwire: checklists, non-conformities, photos, reports.

• Maintain the schedule in MS Project: baseline, weekly updates, progress reports.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the general contractor and archive quality documents.

Requirements

• Construction engineer, minimum 3 years in quality, BIM, or construction planning.

• Advanced Revit (structures, quantity extraction, coordination) – mandatory; Navisworks is an advantage.

• Advanced MS Project and Excel; Fieldwire or a similar application (Procore, PlanRadar, BIM 360).

• Knowledge of SR EN ISO 9001 and construction quality regulations.

• Working level English (reports and meetings).

We Offer

• Net salary between 9,000 and 10,500 lei, depending on experience.

• Revit and MS Project licenses, laptop for BIM graphics, construction tablet.

• Contract for the duration of the project, with a possibility of continuation.

• Visible role, with direct impact in the relationship with the general contractor.
