Ideal Candidate

• Higher education completed in a technical field, preferably in mechanical/electrical/industrial chemistry;
• Prior experience on a similar post constitutes an advantage;
• Experience in the industrial environment - constitutes an advantage;
• Able to understand the production process;
• Good knowledge of methods and tools used in quality control domain;
• Availability for training outside the country/industrial environment;
• Conversational level proficiency in French and/or English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• A dynamic person, oriented towards results and problem-solving;
• A methodical, rigorous, detail-oriented person;

Job Description

• Ensures technical expertise in the quality domain;
• Ensures that quality policies and procedures are applied in allocated production areas;
• Evaluates existing procedures and proposes optimization measures;
• Performs audits of information related to non-conforming products to identify causes;
• Proposes, respectively implements measures for correction and prevention of deviations from quality standards;
• Participates in technical analyses for products/materials;
• Ensures training/mentoring of operators and quality correspondents in the allocated production area.
