Technical Office Engineer – ERP System

Candidate Ideal Our company is looking for a Technical Office Engineer with experience in operating ERP systems, to contribute to the planning, monitoring, and management of work execution in infrastructure projects. The role involves using an ERP system to track budgets, resources, production, and progress on site. Job Description 📍 Locations and available projects: București – Technical office related to the production department 💼 Responsibilities: Operate and administer the ERP system used in the company for construction projects Input and update work budgets in the ERP system Correlate budgets with the resources used (materials, equipment, machinery, workforce) Develop and update work execution programs (e.g., Primavera or similar) Monitor the progress of works on site through the ERP system Track material consumption and resources per project Manage and verify the management of materials, equipment, and machinery on site and in warehouses Correlate field data with project planning and budgets Generate reports on work progress, costs, and productivity Collaborate with site teams, the technical department, and the financial department Verify technical documentation and work situations Optimize workflows in the ERP system and propose improvements 🎯 Requirements: Higher education in the field of Construction / Installations / Energy or related fields Experience in preparing technical documents related to site works Experience in utility network projects: water-sewer, electricity or natural gas Minimum 5 years of experience in using ERP systems (Charisma ERP / SAP ERP / or similar) Solid knowledge of work budgets and cost structure in construction Experience in work planning (Primavera or similar software) Knowledge of the management of materials, machinery, and resources on site The ability to monitor the execution of works and to analyze field data Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills 💰 Salary package: Technical Office Engineer ERP System: 10,000 – 15,000 RON net (depending on experience) ✅ What we offer: Involvement in major infrastructure projects in Romania Real possibilities for professional development and career advancement Professional and stable work environment Collaboration with a team with vast experience in infrastructure projects Access to complex projects and modern work management technologies Company Description Vertatel operates in the field of design and execution works for the relocation of utility networks: electricity (low, medium and high voltage), telecommunications, water and sewerage, oil and natural gas.
