Responsibilities:

• Main Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis: Studies the specifications from public tenders (SICAP) for trucks, machinery, and special vehicles.

• Technical Proposal Writing: Prepares detailed technical documentation, technical data sheets, and compliance demonstrations for submitted bids.

• Configuration and Homologation: Collaborates with manufacturers and body builders to configure superstructures and verifies compliance with RAR (Romanian Road Authority) standards and European directives.

• Clarifications: Responds to requests for technical clarifications from contracting authorities during the evaluation stage.

• SICAP Management: Enters and uploads technical and administrative documentation directly into the electronic public procurement system.

• Higher Technical Education: Graduate of Road Vehicles (AR), Transport, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical field.

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role (technical bidding, automotive engineering, fleet configuration, or interface with RAR/tenders).

• Solid Technical Knowledge: Detailed understanding of chassis, superstructures, hydraulic/electrical systems, and homologation standards for special vehicles.

• SICAP Skills: Previous experience using the SEAP/SICAP platform is a major advantage.

• Profile: Rigorous attention to detail, analytical skills, and adherence to strict deadlines.

• Motivating salary package, correlated with experience and technical knowledge, ranging between 1,000 and 3,000 Euros/month.
