Senior Farm Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing crop technology, from land preparation to harvesting.
• Coordinating the farm team and organizing work on equipment, fields, and days.
• Monitoring crop status, in-field evaluations, and proposing treatments, fertilization, and timely interventions.
• Managing necessary inputs, signaling timely quantities, and tracking consumption and storage.
• Maintaining clear technical records of executed works, consumptions, productivity, losses, and quality.
• Collaborating with machinery operators and service for equipment maintenance, prevention, and rapid intervention.
• Direct involvement in operating high-performance agricultural equipment when necessary, especially during sowing and harvesting campaigns.

Requirements:

• Degree in Agronomy or related field.
• Relevant experience in farm management, coordination of works, and technological decisions.
• A driving license (category B, C, or TR) is an advantage.
• Operating PC, word, excel, software for management and monitoring.
• Practical skills operating modern agricultural equipment, tractors, combines, self-propelled vehicles, preparation equipment, sowing equipment.
• Good organizational capacity, assumption of responsibilities, and teamwork ability.
• Availability for extended program during peak periods, especially during the harvesting campaign.
