Engineers or Engineers in Building Security at 100%

The Building Directorate (DPBA), within the Department of Urban Planning, Construction and Mobility, ensures the maintenance, development and management of the City of Geneva's real estate portfolio (public buildings and residential buildings). In order to complete our team, we are looking for two Engineers or Engineers in Building Security at 100%. Your mission and responsibilities - Ensure the security of persons and property within the buildings under your responsibility; Conduct risk assessments and develop measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations; Collaborate with other departments to implement safety protocols and procedures; Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations and standards; Provide technical expertise and support to other teams; Participate in the development of safety policies and procedures; Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and standards. Your profile - Master's degree in Building Security or related field; At least 3 years of experience in building security; Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and standards; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Fluency in French and English.
