Engineer or Natural Scientist (m/w/d) as Supervisory Person I for the Support of Member Companies of BG BAU

As a trade association of the construction industry, we ensure safety and health in the construction sector. We help companies and insured persons to create safe working conditions, and take care if something happens. To strengthen our team for the Thuringia region, Fachabteilung Prävention in full-time or part-time capacity, initially within a two-year training period, we are looking for an engineer or natural scientist (m/w/d) with a degree in engineering or a related field, preferably with experience in occupational health and safety. The tasks will include the supervision of member companies, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, conducting inspections, providing guidance and support, and developing and implementing measures to prevent accidents and diseases. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong sense of responsibility. We offer a comprehensive training program, including on-the-job training, workshops, and seminars, as well as the opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. The position is initially limited to two years, with the possibility of extension or conversion into a permanent position.
