Your Mission at Our Company

You design the network connection for wind-, photovoltaic-, and storage projects and accompany these from the first network analysis to the successful commissioning. In doing so, you develop technically and economically optimal network connection solutions, conduct grid compatibility tests, and coordinate coordination with grid operators.

In addition, you work on exciting questions like feasibility studies, due diligence reviews, and planning future-oriented energy projects. Look forward to varied tasks, high self-responsibility, and the opportunity to actively shape the energy transition.

Your Tasks

• Begleitung of network connection topics in all project phases (feasibility, planning, realization)
• Development of network connection concepts for wind- PV- and storage projects
• Projecting and planning of transformer stations, transfer stations, and cable networks including the creation of technical specifications and tender documents
• Optimization of network connections with grid calculations and economic evaluation of network connection concepts
• Coordination with grid operators, equipment manufacturers, certifiers
• Site visits
• Participation in due diligence reports
• Counseling our customers in Germany and Europe on complex technical issues

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on energy technology or comparable
• Multiple years of professional experience or initial relevant practical experience in planning and realizing network connections.
• Knowledge of common standards and guidelines (VDE-AR-N 4110, VDE-AR-N 4120, etc.)
• Experience with grid calculation programs like PowerFactory or PSS SINCAL is advantageous
• Communication skills as well as the ability to prepare complex technical topics in a clear and target-group-oriented manner
• Analytical, structured, and self-responsible working style with a strong problem-solving orientation
• Readiness for occasional business trips as well as a driver's license of class B
• Very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2) in both spoken and written form
