Engineer (f/m/d) of Supply Technology/Techncal Building Equipment in Real Estate Management

The Aachen branch of the State-Owned Construction and Property Company of North Rhine-Westphalia (BLB NRW) is seeking an Engineer (f/m/d) of Supply Technology/Technical Building Equipment in Real Estate Management at the earliest possible time. The State-Owned Construction and Property Company NRW is owner, lessor, and operator of almost all real estate properties in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. With around 4,000 buildings, an area of approximately 10.3 million square meters, and annual rental income of over €200 million, the company plays a significant role in the development and maintenance of the state's infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing technical building equipment and supply systems for our properties. This includes tasks such as developing and maintaining technical documentation, conducting site visits to inspect and maintain existing installations, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. In addition, the engineer will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in their field and contribute to the development of new technologies and methods. The position requires a strong understanding of building equipment and supply systems, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. The successful candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field and several years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in German is required, with English language skills being an asset.
