Engineer*in for the Owner's Representation at the Port Railway

The unit for technical cross-sectional themes ensures that the port railway infrastructure is technically reliable, efficient, and future-proof. We accompany building and infrastructure projects with our expertise and experience in all phases from planning to implementation. As an engineer*in for the owner's representation at the Port Railway, you will be responsible for ensuring that the interests of the port's owners are represented and protected during the construction and operation of new infrastructure projects. Your tasks will include: • Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the interests of the port's owners are taken into account in all phases of a project. • Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of construction work and identify any potential issues or risks. • Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other experts to develop and implement solutions for complex infrastructure projects. • Providing technical support and advice to project managers and other stakeholders on matters related to infrastructure development and operation. • Ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before construction work begins. • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, costs, and timelines. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in the field of infrastructure development and operation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
