Tasks

For projects of technical building equipment (HKLS) in the pharmaceutical environment

• Buherrenvertetung as an interface between project leadership, companies, departments, and service providers
• Preparation and implementation of feasibility studies
• Creation of cost-benefit analyses
• R&I comparison of HKLS facilities
• Verification and approval of technical plans
• Coordination of technical planners and/or executing companies
• Participation in project meetings
• Participation in procurement negotiations

For projects of measurement technology in the pharmaceutical environment

• Preparation, execution, and (GMP-compliant) documentation of:
• Volumetric flow measurements at RLT facilities
• Flow visualizations and differential pressure measurements in buildings
• Temperature, humidity, and noise level measurements in buildings
• Filter integrity tests on supply and exhaust filters in buildings
• Determination of the cleanliness class of clean rooms
• Determination of the recovery time of clean rooms
• Analyzing causes for unplausible measurement results or occurrences
• Regulation of supply and exhaust volumetric flows at RLT facilities
• R&I comparison of RLT facilities
• Labeling of technical equipment

Qualification

• Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification in the field of supply technology / building technology (HKLS)
• Good knowledge of HKLS systems
• Safe handling with MS Office
• Knowledge of relevant standards in the area of drinking water and/or RLT facilities
• Responsibility, structured work approach, clear communication, and developed team and coordination skills
