Tasks

• As an expert witness, you know what is crucial for the safety of a building. You thoroughly inspect industrial and commercial buildings.
• You inspect building services such as ventilation systems, CO warning systems, as well as smoke extraction, pressure ventilation, and fire extinguishing systems.
• In addition, you perform hygiene tests, energy inspections, and comfort measurements.
• You create safety assessments of systems in special buildings, industry, and commerce.
• Your area of ​​operation includes inspecting systems at customer sites, with a preference for local assignments. You achieve your daily goal at work.
• During your training with us, you will be accompanied by experienced expert witnesses and receive extensive professional training and further education. Regular team meetings also contribute to internal exchange.

Profile

• Studies in building technology, building services engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Initial professional experience in the planning, maintenance, or construction of building services systems is desirable
• Ideally, recognition as a building-law-recognized expert witness, otherwise willingness to be trained as one
• Prior knowledge of technical regulations (e.g., DIN, VDE, VDI)
• Basic IT and software knowledge
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Class B driver's license
