Your Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of systems with international clients

• Analysis and evaluation of existing production processes

• Identification of bottlenecks and weak points in production

• Development of process optimization solutions

• Collaboration with relevant departments to implement quality improvement measures

• Close collaboration with production and engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification

• Strong skills in mechanical design (SolidWorks, Inventor, Edge, etc.)

• In-depth knowledge of production planning, process optimization, design, and quality management

• Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems

• Comfortable working in a team and good communication skills

• Experience in training or facilitating workshops for knowledge transfer

• Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken; German is an asset
