We are looking for our future Quality Engineer (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) at the company headquarters in Veyras (07).
YOUR MISSION:
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will ensure the conformity of our products and processes by guaranteeing the application of quality requirements. You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial performance and customer satisfaction.
YOUR DAILY WORK:
Drive operational quality: manage non-conformities, analyze root causes, and monitor corrective actions.
Lead continuous improvement: drive improvement initiatives and monitor quality indicators.
Support teams: promote a quality culture, provide methodological support, and train on best practices.
Manage customer requirements: handle quality requests, complaints, and verify the conformity of technical files.
Conduct audits: perform internal audits, prepare for external audits, and ensure follow-up of associated actions.
Contribute to industrial projects: integrate quality requirements into projects, validations, and traceability.
Deploy and perform quality controls: organize controls, analyze results, and propose necessary improvements.
Participate in energy performance: apply energy guidelines and contribute to energy improvement plans.
YOUR PROFILE:
Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Quality or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience in industry in a similar role
Operational knowledge of industrial quality systems (standards and regulations) and quality methodologies
Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
Skills in statistical analysis
Proficiency in IT tools (Office suite and non-conformity management software)
Ability to read plans
Awareness/training in energy best practices
Written and oral English
