Ranked among the best engineering schools in France and recognized worldwide, our school, a member of the Institut Mines-Télécom, trains the talents of tomorrow while actively contributing to meeting major industrial, digital, and environmental challenges. With us, you will join a community of 500 employees, 2500 students, and participate in an ambitious project: combining academic excellence, cutting-edge research, and positive societal impact.

The Institut Mines-Télécom brings together French engineering schools around major industrial, energy, and ecological challenges. With its 8 public Grandes Écoles and 2 subsidiary schools, it is the leading public institute dedicated to engineers and managers. Together, we imagine and build a sustainable future, training the actors who will shape the transitions of tomorrow.

And you, are you ready to innovate with us?

🎯 What we expect from you

As an Engineer, you are at the heart of our research and innovation missions, assigned to the SPIN Center. Within this center, you combine scientific passion and societal impact to contribute to achieving France's carbon neutrality objectives.

The activity of the SPIN center is part of the scope of the Georges Friedel Laboratory (UMR 5307) and the Environment, City and Society Laboratory (UMR 5600).

This recruitment is at the heart of Mines Saint-Etienne's innovation strategy to enable an IMT patent to be translated into a technology for capturing CO2 from industrial flue gases, thereby contributing to the achievement of the French Carbon Neutrality objective.
