Sopra Steria Infrastructure & Security Services is the Sopra Steria subsidiary dedicated to infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity activities. It is a key player in Sopra Steria's end-to-end offering. With 3,000 employees, Sopra Steria I2S distinguishes itself by the flexibility of its delivery model, which combines customer proximity from our 8 agencies with the advanced industrial capabilities of our offshore service centers.

You will join the Digital Platform Services agency, which has 75 employees in Nantes. Depending on the missions assigned to you, you will evolve within internal Sopra Steria teams for IT outsourcing services or you will be directly integrated into client teams.

Your role and your missions:

You are part of a team of multidisciplinary specialists (system team) with in-depth knowledge of Cloud technologies, infrastructure, and application constraints:

• You deploy and ensure maintenance:
  • You are responsible for the agile deployment of infrastructure requested by development teams
  • You are in charge of operational and security maintenance, with monitoring and optimization of infrastructure performance

• You participate in projects and management:
  • You actively participate in the analysis and design phases of projects, including PI planning and Sprints
  • You define tools, procedures, and rules for successful production infrastructure deployments for new application features
  • You identify and proactively assess risks on infrastructures

• You automate and manage incidents:
  • You support project teams in the design and integration of infrastructure technical components
  • You are in charge of support and maintenance of infrastructures and technical components, managing complex and critical incidents
  • You manage escalations to development teams, you are the local interface for the client team
  • You are proactive in proposing and implementing automation and CI/CD approaches using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation

• You lead and support innovation:
  • You participate in technical committees and continuous technological watch
  • You support project teams in the design and integration of new infrastructure technical solutions
  • You play a referent role, you are proactive in proposing and innovating within teams

Depending on your learning desires and interests, and client needs, these missions are scalable.

Your technical environment may include:

• Continuous Integration: GitLab, Nexus, Jenkins
• Automation: Ansible, Ansible Tower, Terraform
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• DevOps Environment: CI/CD with Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google, OVHcloud, Outscale)
• Technological Environment: Microsoft, Linux, VmWare, Hyper-V

Your profile:

A graduate of an Engineering school or equivalent, you already have significant experience in a similar role.
You are recognized for your adaptability, your innovative spirit, your ability to convince, and your synthesis skills.
