You will join Sopra Steria within the Digital Platform Services entity, with a dynamic team in a stimulating environment.

Depending on the missions assigned to you, you will evolve within Sopra Steria's internal teams in IT outsourcing services where you will be directly integrated into client teams.

Throughout your journey within the Group, you will be supported by your unique manager who will follow your career progression.

Your Role and Missions:

• You will supervise data flows.
• You will ensure the proper functioning of automated data processing.
• You will monitor and optimize the performance of batch and real-time processing.
• You will manage schedulers (IWS):
  • You will administer and configure scheduling tools.
  • You will manage execution schedules and ensure recovery in case of failure.
  • You will automate processing chains by optimizing dependencies.
• Operation and Supervision:
  • You will implement alerts and monitoring mechanisms to anticipate incidents.
  • You will analyze logs and resolve incidents related to data flows.
• Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
  • You will analyze job performance and propose optimizations.
  • You will automate certain tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• You will collaborate with technical teams: Data Engineering, DevOps, and Production to ensure smooth operations.
• You will participate in improving data management and data flow processing processes.

Your Technical Environment May Include:

• Environments: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Supervision and Automation: Nagios, Ansible, Puppet
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server
• IT Networks: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN
• System Environment: Linux and Windows

Missions may be subject to on-call duty and/or interventions outside of regular working hours.

Your Profile:

Your organizational skills, customer service orientation, reactivity, ability to resolve incidents, and teamwork skills are all assets for success in this mission. You have a good command of English (written, spoken).

You are also proactive and possess strong communication skills.

You have mastered the IWS / TWS scheduler.

Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent, you already have at least 2 years of significant experience in a similar role? Then this position is for you!
