Engineer / Technician Building Services M&E HLS (m/f/d)

Introduction

The engineering firm Camphausen & Schmitz Beratende Ingenieure GmbH in Jülich has been planning technical building equipment for research, healthcare, education, and public clients for years. We are a small team of five people with short communication lines and a lot of work to do. For planning and construction management, we are looking for you as an experienced technician or engineer for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary sectors.

Tasks

• You advise our clients and clarify early on what the building technically really needs.
• You plan systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary engineering according to service phases 1 to 8 of the HOAI.
• You calculate and design the systems and represent them graphically in 3D.
• You determine costs and keep an eye on them throughout the entire project.
• You create performance specifications and tenders.
• You coordinate with clients, architects, and executing companies.
• You take over construction management and billing on the construction site.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Building Services Engineering, TGA, or a comparable field, alternatively further training as a state-certified HLS technician
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of professional experience in TGA planning
• Proficient in HOAI, VOB, common DIN standards, and VDI guidelines
• Proficient in CAD software, ideally with Trimble Nova
• Experience with AVA software and MS Office
• Independent work style and enjoyment of advising clients
