We are expanding our team and filling this position in Düsseldorf, Aachen, Bocholt, Bochum, Dortmund, Duisburg, Essen, Köln, Krefeld, Lüdenscheid, Mönchengladbach, Münster and Wuppertal. Your job is to create and update project-specific documentation as well as operating and maintenance instructions in textual and graphical form for the equipment and machines of our customers
You control the document-relevant requirements during the procurement process (Pflichtenhefterstellung)
In addition, you support the project leaders in creating, organizing, and quality-checking project-specific documentation
You clarify customer requirements for documentation with international contact partners and coordinate translations
Furthermore, you support the implementation and documentation of risk assessments
You are a point of contact for documentation topics in your department and support the introduction of new editorial or document management systems
Your potential With pleasure and success completed further education as a technician, alternatively successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
Ideal would be to have an additional redactional qualification, such as a technical editor (m/w/d)
You bring knowledge of the applicable legal bases, guidelines, standards, and quality standards in the area of documentation with you
You ideally have knowledge of editorial systems, SAP, and document management systems
In addition to good English skills, you bring the willingness to travel within Germany and abroad with you
Your strengths include your goal-oriented and structured working style, excellent team and communication skills, assertiveness, hands-on mentality, and a well-developed technical understanding
