Become Engineer/Technician (m/w/d) Test Development Pharma at BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING in Mannheim and play a key role in developing test systems for pharmaceutical products. Tasks

• Prototype Development: You produce and modify test samples for immunological tests in the technology center.
• Precise Analyses: You measure and evaluate development samples of disposables using physical and optical testing equipment and ensure the quality of raw materials.
• Project Planning: You steer the timely execution and communication of tasks on schedule and analyze test results.
• Maintenance and Process Optimization: You maintain technology center facilities and improve production workflows.
• Cross-Departmental Cooperation: You plan technical tasks, provide required resources, and coordinate processes.
• Documentation: You record results and maintain equipment documentation.

Qualification

• Technical Education: Completed engineering degree (mechatronics, chemical technology) or comparable chemical/technical education with further training.
• Experience: Knowledge of mechanical maintenance and operation of laboratory or technology center facilities.
• Analytical Thinking: Familiarity with dry-chemical and immunological tests, technical documentation, and statistical evaluations.
• IT Competence: Proficient in MS Office.
• Linguistic Skills: Very good German and English language skills.
