Building Services Engineer / Technician HVAC/TGA (m/f/d) - 2 Days Home Office

For an established, owner-managed planning company in the Munich area, we are looking for a Building Services Engineer / Technician (m/f/d) with a focus on HVAC/TGA to start as soon as possible.

The company is active in the field of technical building equipment and manages demanding projects in new construction and existing buildings. The focus is on the planning and implementation of modern systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Planning and project engineering of demanding technical building equipment systems
• Project support from concept to completion
• Processing of service phases 1-9 according to HOAI
• Dimensioning and design of building services systems using appropriate calculation software
• Creation, processing, and review of design and execution plans
• Coordination with architects, specialist planners, clients, executing companies, and suppliers
• Technical support for projects during the various planning and implementation phases
• Coordination and monitoring of technical interfaces
• Ensuring professional, economical, and standards-compliant planning

This position does not involve disciplinary personnel responsibility.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in building services engineering, building technology, energy and building technology, or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, completed vocational training with further education as a technician or master craftsman in the HVAC/TGA field
• Professional experience in the planning and project engineering of building technology systems
• Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, and sanitation trades
• Proficient use of standard calculation and planning software
• Good MS Office skills
• CAD knowledge is an advantage
• Good to very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Teamwork skills as well as good planning and coordination abilities
