Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität: You plan the implementation of software quality assurance measures for special machines during all project phases (planning, software development, integration tests, etc.).
• Tests and Documentation: You support simulations, integration tests, and factory acceptance tests. You document test results, create data backups and deviation reports. You work out improvement proposals whose results you control.
• Standardization and Optimization: Under consideration of corporate guidelines and specific requirements for certain products, you work on improving and developing quality assurance measures, programming guidelines, checklists, inspection instructions, and the harmonization of SPS programming.
• Test Criteria and Methods: You ensure the functionality, reliability, maintainability, usability, and cyber resilience. If necessary, specify test criteria and supplement or expand checklists and testing methods.
• Technical Expertise: You work primarily with Siemens TIA Portal, common fieldbus systems, PC connection, control technology, databases, and OPC UA and video technology.
• After successful integration, you will take over the technical leadership of our SPS programmers as well as planning, organization, and steering of tasks and working processes.

Qualifikation

• Ingenieursstudium or Technikerausbildung (m/w/d), Fachrichtung Automatisierungstechnik or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of professional experience in a similar field.
• Technical Know-how: Competence in SPS programming, automation technology, and software development, as well as good technical understanding.
• Experiences in Software Testing: Knowledge of normative contents, testing methods, and simulation systems.
• Organizational and Communication Skills: Competent organization and motivation of software teams, as well as cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
• **IT and Security Knowledge:** Understanding of data security, cyber-security, and modern software environments.
• Fluent German and English skills.
