Your missions

Main mission

This position with a strong network, system, and project dimension places you at the heart of IT infrastructures.

Your role: to ensure the performance, stability, and security of information systems by guaranteeing the availability and evolution of communication tools, software, and infrastructures.

You will actively contribute to continuous improvement projects by deploying new technical solutions in a quality and productivity-oriented approach.

Main activities

• Service administration: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, files, PKI, Radius
• Infrastructure supervision: servers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi networks
• Level 2 and 3 support for users (Active Directory, Office 365…)
• Management of the Microsoft 365 administration console
• System performance monitoring (monitoring, tuning, alerts)
• Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of hardware and software
• Participation in branch opening projects (networks, video surveillance…)
• Contribution to the integration of new technical solutions
• Writing specifications for new projects

Environment & interactions

You will interact daily with internal teams in France and internationally (headquarters users, service providers...).

On-site position (no remote work)

Occasional travel abroad.

Your skills

Your profile

You have 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a multicultural environment.

You have successfully worked in the retail IT sector or in an international distribution network, where you have managed complex multi-site issues.

Fluent English, both spoken and written, is essential for this role with international interactions.

Technical skills sought

• Solid experience in a multi-country retail IT or distribution environment
• Very good command of Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Windows 11, O365, Cloud
• Linux knowledge
• Network expertise: Fortinet, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi
• Security skills: EDR, Monitoring, Proxy, MDM, MFA
• Ability to develop or maintain scripts (Proficiency in PowerShell is a real plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Infrastructure is a major asset
