Network Security Engineer L3 Support Palo Alto

Within a team of experts, you will assist our clients in resolving complex incidents related to network and security infrastructure, whether software or hardware. Your missions:

Support

• After ruling out manipulation or installation errors, confirm the incident and perform a precise diagnosis quickly.

• Provide one or more solutions to the client as quickly as possible.

• Follow up and assist in the implementation of incident resolution.

• Respond to client emails (addressed to the mailing list: ----- and update the relevant procedures, reference documents, and documentation.

Continuous Improvement

• Create prototypes to reproduce incidents and find ways to avoid them.

• Test the behavior of the latest versions published by manufacturers

Personal Development

• Continuously train yourself with or without external help (and external services or not) in new techniques and new hardware referenced by NOMIOS company.

• Participate in integration projects to learn how to operate in a client context, on production architectures.

Organizational

• Participate in morning/evening on-call scheduling

• Adhere to the defined working hours to ensure client calls are handled

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in Palo Alto technology.
