Network Security Engineer Support L2/L3 Palo Alto

Within a team of experts, you will assist our clients in resolving complex incidents related to network and security infrastructure, whether software or hardware. Your responsibilities:

Support

• After ruling out manipulation or installation errors, confirm the incident and perform a precise diagnosis quickly.

• Provide one or more solutions to the client as quickly as possible.

• Follow up and assist in the implementation of the incident resolution.

• Respond to client emails (addressed to the mailing list: ----- and update relevant procedures, repositories, and documentation.

Continuous Improvement

• Create mock-ups to reproduce incidents and find ways to prevent them.

• Test the behavior of the latest versions released by manufacturers.

Personal Development

• Continuously train yourself, with or without external help (and external services or not), on new techniques and new hardware referenced by the company NOMIOS.

• Participate in integration projects to learn how to operate in a client context, on production architectures.

Organizational

• Participate in the planning of morning/evening on-call duties.

• Adhere to the defined working hours to ensure client call handling.

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in Palo Alto technology.
