Tasks:

  • Determination and visualization of workload and expenses of the department
  • Collaboration with management, controlling, and budget holders for capacity planning
  • Moderation and leadership of professional rule rounds to ensure conformity goals
  • Processing complex quality issues and implementation of improvement projects
  • Optimization of process performance and compliance with quality standards
  • Surety of process reliability throughout the product lifecycle
  • Analysis of large data sets from various sources and automated preparation for decision-making processes
  • Direct reporting to department leadership

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering, technology or business engineering (at least Bachelor)
  • Multiple years of professional experience in the fields of finance, supplier management, process planning, quality management and process improvement
  • Experience in demand determination or workload management desirable
  • Fundamental knowledge in process management, basic knowledge in project management
  • Very good knowledge of Google Workspace, experience with Google Apps Script and Google Gemini an advantage
  • Experience in digitalization and data management required
  • Fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
