Software Quality Engineer H/F

You intervene as a software quality engineer covering various environments and also as a member of a team of twenty people. In the context of projects entrusted to you, you: - Define and deploy the necessary software quality assurance procedures for developments carried out in France, in line with the quality management system. - Build the quality activity planning and ensure its follow-up. - Verify that the good practices are applied and respected by all team members. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your mission will involve: - Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality procedures; - Identifying and reporting non-conformities and proposing corrective actions; - Collaborating with project managers and teams to implement quality procedures and ensure their effectiveness. - Providing training and support to team members on quality procedures and best practices. You must have a degree in computer science or a related field, as well as experience in software development and testing. You should also be familiar with quality management systems such as ISO 9001. Your skills and qualifications will be evaluated based on your ability to demonstrate the following: - Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and testing methodologies; - Experience with agile project management methods and tools; - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software quality assurance principles and practices, as well as experience working in an Agile environment.
