Engineer Quality Assurance Electronics Manufacturing (m/w/d)
We are looking for you! Immediately and full-time for a long-term assignment at a renowned, internationally active automotive supplier in Hirschaid .
Your tasks: Responsibility for the coordination and methodical implementation of cause analyses (e.g. after 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why)
Development, documentation, and implementation of sustainable correction and preventive measures
Tight cooperation with development, testing field, assembly, and quality assurance to ensure smooth processes
Standardization and maintenance of test and rework procedures as well as relevant work instructions
Monitoring of relevant KPIs and creation of management reports
Your qualification: Completed training as a state-approved technician (electronics/electrical engineering) or completed technical studies (e.g. B. Eng. Electrical Engineering)
Fundamental experience in electronics manufacturing or high-performance electronics, as well as the application of quality methods
Desirable: at least 3 years of professional experience, knowledge of IPC/ESD standards and basics in statistics
Safe handling with circuit diagrams, CAQ- and ERP systems
Communication skills, assertiveness, and quality awareness
