Mission Context

You will join a project team responsible for the execution of boiler room and urban heating network (RCU) works. The mission focuses primarily on monitoring the works of approximately one hundred urban heating substations. You will work under the directives of the Project Management and be closely involved in construction activities and with various stakeholders. A local profile is preferred in order to ensure the long-term success of the mission.

Missions

• Ensure the monitoring of works for approximately one hundred urban heating substations.

• Manage the OPC (Ordonnancement, Pilotage, Coordination) of companies in charge of construction activities for urban heating substations.

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of various construction activities.

• Manage the various surrounding interfaces related to the works.

• Coordinate interfaces with road authorities.

• Manage interactions with public bodies and the various concerned institutional stakeholders.

• Work under the directives of the Project Management.

• Ensure an operational presence allowing for regular and sustainable monitoring of the works.

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in project management and work supervision.

• Experience in piloting and coordinating works.

• Skills in OPC piloting.

• Experience in urban heating networks, boiler rooms, or urban heating substations is sought.

• Ability to manage multiple companies and coordinate different interfaces simultaneously.

• Aptitude to interact with public bodies and the various stakeholders of a project.

• Autonomy, rigor, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to commit to a long-term mission.

• Local profile preferred in order to facilitate regular work monitoring and long-term commitment.
