Fire Protection Project Engineer M/F

As part of an industrial investment program within a major pharmaceutical site in Toulouse, we are looking for a Fire Protection Project Engineer to lead projects related to the evolution and securing of fire protection installations.

Integrated within the Engineering teams, you will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from defining needs to commissioning installations, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and deadline requirements.

Main Missions:

• Gather and analyze user and stakeholder needs;

• Define technical solutions adapted to fire protection challenges;
• Draft specifications and manage supplier consultations;
• Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and deadline objectives;
• Coordinate various internal stakeholders and external companies;
• Supervise works and ensure the application of HSE rules on site;
• Participate in risk analyses and guarantee the regulatory compliance of installations;
• Organize and manage reception, qualification, and commissioning phases;
• Provide activity reporting to project teams and management.

• Experience: Proven experience in CAPEX industrial project management, ideally in pharmaceutical, chemical, or highly regulated environments.
• Skills: Good knowledge of fire protection systems, industrial project management, work coordination, and HSE requirements. Knowledge of electrical installations and industrial utilities is an asset.
• Education: Engineering degree (generalist, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent).
• Languages: Fluent French and professional English required.
