Civil Engineering & Construction Project Engineer M/F

As part of an extension project for a quality control building on a pharmaceutical site based in Toulouse, we are looking for a Civil Engineering & Construction Project Engineer.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary project team and will be responsible for managing construction activities, from the preparation phases to the acceptance of works, ensuring the achievement of quality, safety, cost, and deadline objectives.

Main Missions:

• Participate in the definition and optimization of the selected technical solutions;

• Manage the Civil Engineering, Site Development, and Building Envelope packages of the project;
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors;
• Oversee site work and interfaces;
• Ensure compliance with the project's HSE and quality requirements;
• Track associated budgets, contracts, and schedules;
• Identify and manage technical, financial, and calendar risks;
• Organize site meetings and provide reporting to project management;
• Participate in acceptance operations and the handover of installations to user teams.

• Experience: Proven experience in managing industrial construction or civil engineering projects.
• Skills: Expertise in work supervision, TCE coordination, site monitoring, and contract management. Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or heavily regulated industrial sectors is highly appreciated.
• Education: Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building, or equivalent.
• Languages: Fluent French and professional English required.
