Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Industrial Affairs Officer F/H in the automotive industrial sector, specializing in tolerie.

You will be responsible for industrializing a set of means corresponding to a specifications sheet. Your main mission is therefore to ensure compliance with this specifications sheet and the quality of the deliverable.

As such, you will have the following missions :

- Define the project tracking, quality control process, and validation plan
- Participate in writing the specifications sheet, and consult potential suppliers
- Validate the realization schedule
- Ensure the follow-up and management of suppliers
- Pilot technical meetings and animations
- Participate in project animations
- Manage budgets according to the budget envelope
- Follow up on the works of the integrator supplier, from its nomination until the commissioning of equipment at the customer's factory
- Manage the reception of the site
- Develop with suppliers
