We are looking for a

Process Engineer (M/F)

Tulle (19) - Nouvelle Aquitaine Region

We are looking for a process engineer capable of bringing the experience, expertise, and dynamism necessary to advance our processes, whether new or already established, and to strengthen our position as a global leader in the reprocessing of high value-added residues.

After an integration period that will allow you to fully understand our processes, combining chemical, mechanical, and automation processes, you will be responsible for developing, controlling, monitoring, and continuously improving manufacturing processes. You will be involved in all manufacturing processes, but your mission will be particularly focused on our alloy cleaning process.

Reporting to our Group Process Director, based in the United Kingdom, and in close collaboration with the engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and sales teams, you will translate customer and company requirements into robust and repeatable manufacturing processes. You will thus draft the processes and standards, particularly for the specific processes of the Eyrein site.

You will be in contact with our suppliers to ensure the evolution or development of our processes and will supervise their implementation. You will write the specifications and the process developments necessary to achieve the Company's objectives.

Beyond a Master's degree (Bac +5 level), you primarily have successful experience in a similar role within an industrial setting of at least 3 to 5 years.

A hands-on individual, you are recognized for your curiosity and your ability to understand complex processes. You know how to identify opportunities and propose corrective actions while supporting business development. Your strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills allow you to interact with all technical departments of the company, both in France and abroad.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for successfully carrying out this mission. You demonstrate good analytical and listening skills, as well as a good team spirit.

Finally, a strong sense of ethics, a spirit of initiative, and a results-oriented approach are decisive for success in this position.

IMET ALLOYS is a high value-added industrial company, a subsidiary of an international group, specializing in the valorization and securing of critical metals (titanium, superalloys) essential for cutting-edge industries.

Based in Eyrein, France, the company, certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, is at the heart of European challenges for industrial sovereignty, the circular economy, and decarbonization.

In a strong development phase, IMET ALLOYS is conducting an ambitious industrial investment program and structuring its operations to support sustainable growth in demanding markets (aerospace, medical, energy).
