Job description

Responsibilities
- Site supervision and quality control in the field of building services engineering
- Coordination and management of executing companies on-site
- Technical acceptances and supervision of defect rectification
- Review of invoices and participation in cost determination
- Creation and compilation of as-built documentation
Qualifications
- Completed degree and/or technician/master craftsman qualification in building services engineering or supply engineering
- Experience in the planning and execution of building services engineering projects, ideally in site supervision, at least 2 years of professional experience
- Structured, punctual, and solution-oriented work approach
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and confident demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of CAD and
AVA applications - Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum level C1)
