Engineer or Technician for Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Technology (m/f/d) | Cologne

At our main location in Cologne, we are seeking support in full-time or part-time for ventilation technology, air conditioning technology, and refrigeration technology as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Planning and realization of demanding projects in the field of ventilation technology, indoor air technology, air conditioning technology, and refrigeration technology
• Independent processing of service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI
• Development of technical concepts and sustainable solutions for modern building technology
• Specialist planning of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, taking into account current standards and guidelines
• Consultation and support of clients throughout the entire project duration
• Coordination of project participants and representation of our clients' interests towards external partners
• Ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines in projects

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in the field of building services engineering, building technology, energy and building technology, or comparable
• Alternatively, further training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) with a focus on ventilation technology, air conditioning technology, or refrigeration technology
• Professional experience in the planning and execution of ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration systems
• Good knowledge of HOAI as well as relevant standards, guidelines, and technical regulations
• Experience in Technical Building Equipment (TGA)
• Confident demeanor and strong communication and consulting skills
• Negotiation skills, cost awareness, and economic thinking
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Teamwork, reliability, and high quality orientation
• Willingness to travel is an advantage, depending on the project
