Engineer (m/w/d) Supply Technology / TGA (m/w/d)

We are looking together with our partner, the State Building Management (SB) South Lower Saxony, one of seven state building authorities in Lower Saxony, which carries out construction measures for the state and federal government - an engaged engineer (m/w/d) specializing in supply technology / technical building equipment to strengthen the department of operations technology.

The organization is responsible for complex construction projects on behalf of the federal government and the state. With around 130 employees, SB South Lower Saxony manages more than 1,800 buildings in southern Lower Saxony. As a place of work, Clausthal-Zellerfeld or Hildesheim are being considered.

Aufgaben

• You will take over the planning, construction management, and accounting for new, modified, and expanded buildings as well as maintenance work for the state, federal government, and third parties, such as:

-The construction of laboratory buildings (e.g. Chemistry Campus of TU Clausthal).
-The use of large-scale heat pumps (e.g. at Schloss Herzberg or Oberbergamt in Clausthal-Zellerfeld).
-Comprehensive construction measures in the TGA area (KG 410, 420, 430 & 480) for the German Armed Forces.

• A significant focus lies in the control and guidance of special experts.
• You are responsible for technical consulting and coordination with the clients.
• You will actively participate in contract negotiations.
• You ensure a cost-effective building through your expertise.

Qualifikation

• You have successfully completed a degree (Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. FH) in the field of supply technology, technical building equipment or a comparable direction.
• You have at least 2 years of practical experience in planning and construction management of infrastructure and bring the willingness to familiarize yourself with the software of SBN (e.g. HHV Bau, iTWO).
• You possess fundamental knowledge of relevant professional and building regulations.
• You work independently, result-oriented, and have team skills as well as assertiveness.
• You hold a class B driver's license and are willing to travel on business.
• You have very good German language skills (C1) and agree to the security check (Nds. SÜG).
  -A civil service appointment is possible if the requirements for career advancement are met (Laufbahngruppe 2, 1st entry point).
