Engineer (m/w/d) Supply / Infrastructure

Full Time Entry Level

Job description

We are looking for an engineer (m/w/d) supply / infrastructure for a customer company within the framework of labor leasing.

The role combines technical infrastructure, project management, and operational supply security. You will work on topics that run in the background, so that production can actually take place.

Tasks

  • Optimization and ensuring the trouble-free operation of supply technical installations and technical infrastructure, such as heating, water, and wastewater installations
  • Project or partial project leadership of new and renovation projects, including coordination of internal and external project participants
  • Consulting of production departments on complex renovations and supply technical questions
  • Planning and implementation of modernization measures under consideration of economic, deadline, and quality targets
  • Development and implementation of maintenance and maintenance concepts to improve the availability of installations
  • Conducting cost-effectiveness studies and creating project proposals and decision-making documents

Qualification

  • Completed studies in supply technology, civil engineering with a focus on supply technology, or comparable
  • Experience with complex supply technical installations and ideally with project leadership in a technical environment
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulations such as HOAI, AHO, and nearby guidelines
  • Very good structuring skills, economic understanding, and confident appearance in coordination processes
  • Good IT skills, English skills, and willingness to further professional development and occasional assignments in Germany and abroad

Framework conditions: 37.5 hours/week, flexible working hours / early shift, deployment within the framework of labor leasing. The role is suitable for people who combine technical depth with project and coordination strength and also keep the thread of complex renovations.

Benefits

  • A challenging infrastructure environment with real technical and economic relevance
  • Wide interfaces to operation, planning, maintenance, and project participants
  • A task with design scope instead of just managing existing conditions
  • 37.5 hours per week in the mentioned model
  • Support from Franke+Pahl with clear communication and binding process

If you enjoy structuring complex technical relationships and do not see infrastructure as a peripheral theme, but as the backbone of a location, we look forward to your application.
