Job description
We are looking for an engineer (m/w/d) maintenance on behalf of a customer company through labor leasing.
The task is technically challenging and strongly anchored at the interface between engineering, production, and operational problem-solving. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and does not get nervous when faced with technical complaints, but rather becomes precise.
Tasks
- Engineering responsibility for the transferred equipment spectrum
- Preparation and release of maintenance documentation, as well as definition of repairs, modifications, tests, and self-developments
- Coordination of technical questions between production, administration, customers, management, and other stakeholders
- Monitoring and investigation of technical complaints, disturbances, and exceedances, as well as introduction of suitable measures
- Identification of optimization potential in the maintenance process and participation in technically-economic solution concepts
Qualification
- Completed engineering degree, preferably in aircraft construction, mechanical engineering, aerospace technology, or comparable
- Good knowledge of aviation technical legislation and technical documentation
- Very good German and English skills, as well as good IT skills
- Ability to present complex issues in a structured manner and think networked
- High initiative, willingness to take responsibility, organizational skills, and conceptual strength
Framework conditions: 37.5 hours/week, flexible time / early shift, deployment within the framework of labor leasing. The role is particularly suitable for engineers who can not only analyze technical depth but also translate it into effective measures.
Benefits
- A challenging technical environment with high relevance for quality and operational safety
- Broad interfaces and genuine responsibility instead of mere support
- A position where analytical thinking and operational implementation strength are equally in demand
- 37.5 hours per week in the mentioned model
- Professional accompaniment by Franke+Pahl throughout the entire process
If you do not shy away from technical responsibility and prefer to solve problems cleanly rather than justifying them, we look forward to your application.
