As a Methods and Industrialization Engineer, your central mission is to ensure that our equipment and processes perfectly meet the quality and volume requirements of our expanding clientele. You will lead the production introduction of our new products. You will monitor overall production performance by identifying bottlenecks and deploying continuous improvement solutions. On a daily basis, you will select or design the necessary tooling and equipment, guarantee ergonomics and workplace safety, and formalize these standards in the form of work instructions.

In close synergy with the R&D team, you will ensure the industrialization of new products while coordinating the optimization of existing manufacturing processes. In short, you will create optimal manufacturing conditions to sustainably support our growth momentum.

Methods and Industrialization Engineer

YOUR TASKS

• Industrialization: Manage the introduction of new products into production, in close collaboration with R&D teams

  
  

• Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving: Supervise and improve manufacturing processes

  • Diagnose production problems (including bottlenecks) and formulate recommendations.

    
    

  • Design and manufacture or purchase tooling

    
    

  • Work with the product development team (R&D) for improvements

    
    

• Documentation & Quality: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for production operations, including work instructions and quality control procedures.

  
  

• Change Management: Coordinate technical change requests in liaison with each department

  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in engineering:

  • Manufacturing processes and optimization

    
    

  • Quality

    
    

  • Product development processes

    
    

• Proficiency in mechanical design and CAD (SolidWorks)

  
  

• Good general understanding of mechanics, electronics, fluidics, optics, material science, and chemistry

  
  

• Proactivity, analytical skills, and critical thinking

  
  

• Pragmatic problem-solving attitude with a creative and innovative mindset

  
  

• Organizational skills

  
  

• Interdisciplinary collaboration and good communication
