Your missions
As a Confirmed Methods Engineer, you intervene as an essential link between design and production. In this capacity, your main responsibilities include :
- Analyze, validate, and improve existing manufacturing processes (quality, costs, deadlines)
- Participate in the industrialization of new products in a certified environment (EN9100, NADCAP, etc.)
- Define operational ranges, standard times, technical documentation, and work instructions
- Collaborate with the design office, quality, and production to ensure optimal implementation
- Introduce continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.) on site
- FOLLOW industrial performance indicators and propose corrective action plans
- Actively participate in the digitalization of production tracking tools and document tracing
