Job Description
We are looking for a methods engineer to strengthen our team and support our company's growth.
In this role, you will be the interface between the design office, the workshop, and the project managers. You will participate in the improvement of work methods and the operational follow-up of projects.
Your Responsibilities
• Methods and Industrialization:
o Propose and implement improvements in manufacturing and assembly processes.
o Define and document production methods to optimize quality and deadlines.
• Workshop Follow-up:
o Be the technical point of contact for operators and the workshop.
o Identify and resolve technical problems encountered in production.
• Project Management:
o Participate in the coordination and follow-up of projects from A to Z.
o Communicate regularly with the various stakeholders (internal & external).
Profile
Profile Sought
• Education: Industrial engineer or technical master's degree
• Languages: French & German (minimum B level in German)
