Your missions

In the context of building activities, we are looking for a Project Manager - CVCS-R based in Lausanne. As such, you will ensure the design, sizing, coordination, and execution follow-up of installations in accordance with Swiss standards, budgets, and deadlines. You will intervene on:

• Hydraulic production and distribution installations
• Sanitary installations
• Air treatment installations (particularly in the industry)
• MCR installations

In this context, your missions will consist of:

• Being the point of entry for various CVCS projects for Romandy
• To carry out design studies according to phases 21 to 41 of SIA 108
• To write technical specifications (technical notices and submissions) and supervise the preparation of graphic files (plans, diagrams, synopses) and the realization of digital models
• Participate in estimating work
• Analyze the offers from consulting firms
• Ensure technical relations with the client and project partners (architects, AMO, other technical mandatories, authorities…)
• To carry out execution studies according to phase 51 of SIA 108
• To follow up on work until the acceptance of works according to phases 52 and 53 of SIA 108.
