Our Alstom Ornans site (30 minutes from Besançon / 1 hour from Dijon), is the Center of Excellence for designing and manufacturing traction motors and alternators that equip the entire range of rolling stock worldwide. Our industrial site, with around 350 employees, works on a wide range of products and services in a growing sector driven by technological innovations.
Possibly could you be the full-time Industrialization Engineer (H/F) we are looking for at our Ornans site?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in coordinating industrial projects in a cutting-edge field. You will work with collaborative, dynamic, and innovative teams, and play a key role in ensuring the success of projects in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD), while also ensuring a smooth transition to series production.
You will work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams, supervising industrial activities related to projects. You will also be involved in analyzing feasibility, planning fabrications, and tracking transfers to series production.
You will particularly focus on coordinating prototype and pre-series phases, as well as animating AMDEC processes to resolve industrial problems. We will call upon you for:
- Participate in the co-conception phase and review of prototype designs.
- Coordinate key actors (engineering, production, sourcing) on feasibility aspects.
- Sustain the definition and implementation of procurement and logistics strategies.
- Ensure the availability of industrial means and necessary documentation for fabrication.
- Supervise the fabrication of prototypes and pre-series, respecting QCD objectives.
- Assure QCD reporting and alert in case of risks or deviations.
- Animate risk analysis and mitigation plans.
- Ensure a smooth operational transfer to series production.
Your profile

- Degree in engineering or equivalent in mechanical design and/or fabrication.
- Confirmed experience (3-7 years) in an industrial environment.
- Notions in 3D mechanical design (CATIA and/or SolidWorks).
- Familiarity with SAP (nomenclature management).
- Able to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Mastery of written and spoken English.
