Industrialization and Process Engineer (H/F/D)

We are recruiting, confidentially, an Industrialization and Process Engineer to join an international company active in the canton of Fribourg. Responsibilities - Pilot projects related to the introduction or optimization of manufacturing processes - Ensure the follow-up, robustness, and control of processes throughout the product life cycle - Write, review, and approve technical documentation and quality (SOPs, batch files, sampling plans, risk analyses, protocols, and reports) - Provide technical support to production teams in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements - Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying sources of variability and conducting root cause analysis - Coordinate activities related to changes, quality investigations, and CAPA in collaboration with cross-functional teams - Participate in training and mentoring of production personnel. Profile - University degree (Bachelor, Master or HES) in life sciences, process engineering, chemistry, or equivalent - Professional experience of at least 3 years in a regulated environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or diagnostic industry - Structured analytical work method with good communication skills - Essential languages: French or German as mother tongue, good knowledge of the other language, and professional English.
