HVAC Engineer (m/f/d)

Job description

As a Mechanical Engineer, you are an important part of our project teams and support the planning and development of technical solutions for demanding building projects. Together with experienced colleagues, you will work on the design and implementation of mechanical building services and gain valuable experience across various project phases.

You will have the opportunity to continuously expand your technical expertise and take on responsibility in complex projects.

Tasks

  • Participation in the planning and design of mechanical building services for demanding projects
  • Support in the development of technical concepts in various service phases according to HOAI
  • Conducting technical calculations and analyses
  • Creation and maintenance of BIM models and planning documents
  • Involvement in tender and awarding processes
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams and external project stakeholders
  • Support in coordinating technical interfaces between different trades
  • Contribution to sustainable and innovative planning solutions

Qualification

  • Completed studies in building services engineering, building technology, energy technology, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial relevant professional experience in a planning or engineering office
  • Basic knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
  • Interest in BIM-based planning methods, ideally with initial experience in Revit and/or MagiCAD
  • Enthusiasm for technical challenges and sustainable building technology
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
